New Director of Planning & Regional Services at CTCOG

The Central Texas Council of Governments (CTCOG) is pleased to announce the addition of J. Page Scott to their professional leadership team.

Ms. Scott will serve as the Director of Planning and Regional Services for CTCOG.  In this capacity she will oversee various planning programs for the seven county CTCOG region to include: Transportation Planning, Economic Development, Homeland Security, 9-1-1, Resource Conservation, Criminal Justice, and Physical Planning.  She will also serve as the Director of the Killeen-Temple MPO.

Ms. Scott is a professional planner with an extensive background in both the public and private sector.  She has served in state, county and city government in capacities ranging from Transportation Planner to Executive Director.  Most recently she served as the Executive Director of the Yakima Valley Conference of Governments in Washington State.
