Cancellations & No-Shows
CTCOG is committed to providing free classes to Peace Officers, Telecommunicators, and Jailers. Unfortunately, when one registered person is a no show or cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another person from being allowed to register and use that seat.
Please notify us of any changes or cancellations at least TWO DAYS PRIOR to your class. If prior cancellation is not given, you will be charged for the registration price of attending that class and potentially unable to register for more classes.
