The Texas State Independent Living Council (SILC) will host a forum-style public meeting to solicit input and feedback about transportation concerns and mobility options for individuals with disabilities and seniors, as well as their family members and local service providers pursuant to goals set in the State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL).

The SILC is seeking your concerns and/or success stories related to public transportation options in your area.  Your input will help the SILC develop transportation ridership options and partnership between consumers and transportation providers.

Persons with disabilities who plan to attend this meeting and who may need auxiliary aids or services are asked to contact Tammy Ross at (512) 371-7353, extension 1019, three business days prior to the meetings so that appropriate arrangements may be made.
