Juvenile & Hybrid Gangs: Trends, Tactics, and Law Enforcement Response –

The Hybrid Gangs Course provides law enforcement officers with a comprehensive understanding of hybrid and neighborhood-based gangs that continue to grow across Texas and the U.S. Participants will learn how these gangs differ from traditional organizations, how to identify their symbols and behaviors, and how they operate in narcotics, violence, and organized crime.

Through real-world case studies and practical exercises, officers will gain skills in gang documentation, intelligence gathering, and safe operational practices.  This training enhances investigative effectiveness and promotes inter-agency cooperation against evolving hybrid gang threats.
