The first Household Hazardous Waste Collection event for the year is taking place in less than a month! This event is sponsored by the CTCOG Solid Waste Advisory Committee in partnership with the City of Gatesville.

Come to the Gatesville Civic Center and bring your household chemicals, used oil and automotive fluids, old electronics and light bulbs, fertilizer, pesticides, and old tires. If it’s a chemical, bring it. Chemists will be there to identify unknown, mysterious and otherwise hazardous materials for proper disposal.

For the first time, we are accepting expired or unused medications.
