Workforce Solutions is looking for corporate partners to play a key role in the Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program.  This program, piloted in Tacoma, Washington, connects higher level veterans with local companies for a 13-week fellowship program.  These veterans have transferable experience but with an impending separation from the military they need to start transitioning into the private work world.  Workforce is currently soliciting business to participate in this program.  These veterans are still employed through the military which pays their salaries.  They will work three days a week for the private company, spend one day each week in class, and the remainder of their time is spent covering their military responsibilities.
