Our Addressing staff is hard at work making sure we have the most accurate and current address information for our region.
Some of you may have received an automated call regarding your address – It’s not a scam!
We’ve been working on clearing up the discrepancies between our mapping database and the phone company address list for several weeks now, and the work is going well. To date, we have corrected nearly 1,200 addresses that may have moved or had been assigned improperly. We still need your help in making sure that first responders can find your address if you ever need to call the ambulance, the police, or the fire department. If you receive an automated call, or one of our staff leaves a message on your phone, please call us back at 1-888-889-1910 and we will work with you to make any corrections.
